How does the individual portray that core value?

Grogan displays this core value by having pride in her everyday work progress. She continually strives to complete all assigned tasks to the best of her abilities. She also displays "Excellence in All We Do" outside of her duty day by personalizing her dorm room, which won the Mission Support Group Dorm of the Quarter Award.

Why is serving in the Air Force important to you?

Serving in the Air Force has helped me grasp a better lifestyle and given me things I would have never received in the civilian world.

What accomplishment during your Air Force career are you most proud of?

Completing my upgrade training within eight months and being elected president of my squadron's booster club for a unit containing more than 350 personnel.

What are your personal and/or professional goals?

My personal and professional goal together is to achieve greater things for our squadron's booster club. Also, I would like to earn my bachelor's degree within the next four years.

What is your favorite part of the job?

As a structural apprentice, my favorite part of the job is definitely carpentry because I love to create and build as my hobby. It lets me express my creative side when I'm able to build something needed for the mission.
