How does the individual portray that core value?
Morin displays "Excellence in All We Do" on a daily basis. She is always the first Airman to step-up and start work when she comes on shift. With autonomy, she jumps right into making sure the section is ready for the day's duties by inspecting all shop equipment and by documenting required paperwork. She has consistently displayed a high level of initiative to learn the job and be involved in every task at hand. Most impressively, while producing a high quantity of finished work, Morin also strives for perfection in her products. Her attention to detail was vital to the 48th Maintenance Group receiving an "Outstanding" on the 2011 USAFE Staff Assistance Visit. Her commitment to maintenance excellence and unwavering dependability has established her as Corrosion Control's "go-to gal."

Why is serving in the Air Force important to you?
It's important to me because I think that everyone should serve their country. Since I was young I knew that I would be in the Air Force.

What accomplishment during your Air Force career are you most proud of?
Well, since I haven't been in the Air Force for long I am most proud of accomplishing tech school and my follow up training.

What are your personal and/or professional goals?
My goal is to get my Airframe & Powerplant license.

What is your favorite part of your job?
Being able to work on the aircraft and fabricate practically anything to make sure the aircraft is repaired for takeoff.
