Practice makes perfect: Phase I complete
ROYAL AIR FORCE LAKENHEATH, England –Airman 1st Class Isaiah Freeman (front) and Senior Airman Devin Bartlett, 48th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron crew chiefs, lift the tail hook of an F-15E Strike Eagle to perform maintenance on the arresting gear during a Phase I exercise June 10, 2013. RAF Lakenheath “deployed” more than 450 Airmen and generated aircraft sorties. The Airmen were maintaining proficiency at generating sorties for deployment within 96 hours.
