Tri-base community observes National Police Week
ROYAL AIR FORCE LAKENHEATH, England -- Staff Sgt. Antonio Abney, 48th Operations Support Squadron aircrew flight equipment journeyman, gets his handcuffs removed after arriving to the make-shift jail at the base exchange during the jail-and-bail event for Police Week May 15, 2013. The fundraiser allowed Airmen to pay to have military and civilian personnel “arrested” by security forces and taken to the make-shift jail to serve their sentence. The event raised almost $4,000 for the 48th Security Forces Squadron Defender Council fund. (U.S. Air Force photo by Airman 1st Class Dana J. Butler)
