ROYAL AIR FORCE LAKENHEATH, England -- Members of the 48th Fighter Wing and their families came out to run or ruck at the second annual Phil Myers Memorial Run at the RAF Lakenheath running track April 5, 2012. Myers was a member of the 48th Civil Engineer Squadron explosive ordnance disposal flight who died as a result of an improvised explosive device attack while deployed to Afghanistan in 2009. The 5K run/walk began at the track and ended at the Phil Myers Memorial on Myers Way. All donations from the event will go to the EOD Memorial Foundation and the Wounded Warrior Project.
