ROYAL AIR FORCE LAKENHEATH, England -- Staff Sgt. Amanda Looze, 48th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron weapons load team leader, executes final checks on weapons loaded onto an F-15E Strike Eagle during the Load Crew of the Year Competition, Jan. 27, 2012.
