Commanders set fitness standard

Rick Lyons, 48th Force Support Squadron Fitness Assessment Cell fitness testing technician, explains to Col. John Quintas, 48th Fighter Wing commander, and Maj. Doug Nocera, 48th Fighter Wing director of staff, the procedures for the 1.5-mile run component of the Air Force fitness test at the RAF Lakenheath running track July 1.
