First Sortie

Tech. Sgt. Nelson Woodford, 48th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron weapons team chief, drives his crew out to the aircraft they’re preparing to launch from RAF Mildenhall, England, April 11, 2010. The two aircraft will be the first 48th Fighter Wing sorties flown from RAF Mildenhall.
