Ouse River Plunge
High school members of the Barracudas Swim Team posed for a picture before jumping into the cold waters of the Little Ouse River in Santon Downham, Suffolk, on a frosty New Year’s Day, Jan. 1. Members of the team and some of their parents, took part in the roughly 15-minute adventure which is an annual tradition for the team. The Barracudas are part of the European Forces Swim League, which consists of elementary through high-school age swimmers from RAFs Lakenheath and Mildenhall. The team competes against teams from across Europe.
