American, British forces join for leadership development
RAF MILDENHALL, England -- Master Sgt. Matthew Poole, 48th Munitions Squadron (left), swings over a sand pit during Leadership, Ethos and Air Power Day at RAF Marham Nov. 9. About 40 Airmen from RAFs Mildenhall and Lakenheath participated in the leadership building opportunities with their British counterparts. The event is normally hosted three times a year for RAF troops. The overall goal is to foster teambuilding and teach effective leadership techniques.
