2009 CFC Campaign kick-off

Col. Jay Silveria, 48th Fighter Wing commander, and Chief Master Sgt. James Lucas, 48th Fighter Wing command chief, cut the cake for the Combined Federal Campaign Kick-Off Celebration on Oct. 5, 2009, at the Liberty Club on RAF Lakenheath, England.
