Gate dedication
Senior Master Sgt. Killjan Anderson, 48th Security Forces Squadron superintendent of resources, gives a first-hand account of the day Senior Airman Jason Nathan lost his life at a gate dedication ceremony June 1 at RAF Lakenheath, England. Airman Nathan was mortally wounded by an improvised explosive device June 23, 2007 while on combat patrol in Tikrit, Iraq in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom.
