Up and over

CAMPIA TURZII, Romania -- Members of the 404th Expeditionary Air Base Squadron pass a section of plywood flooring over a fence here at the tent city March 24, 2008. The deployed civil engineering team built an entire tent city here in 96 hours to support U.S. operations at the air base.
