Cutting the wire

CAMPIA TURZII, Romania -- Chief Master Sgt. Terry Masters, chief of the 404 Expdentionary Air Base Squadron works with Romanian nationals in cutting the fence bewteen the Romanian base and tent city here March 24, 2008. The deployed civil engineering team built an entire tent city here in 96 hours to support U.S. operations at the air base.
