Senior Airman Tristan Gaines, 748th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron crew chief, receives details about an F-15C Eagle from Lt. Col. Mark Sadler, 493rd Expeditionary Fighter Squadron commander, following a training mission as part of the Tactical Leadership Program at Albacete Air Base, Spain, Jan. 21, 2014. The 493rd Fighter Squadron from Royal Air Force Lakenheath, England participated in the multi-national program, which develops key leadership and mission-planning skills needed for NATO operations.
