Spartans host National Police Week

U.S. Air Force Lt. Col. Tara Opielowski, 48th Security Forces Squadron commander addresses Spartans and Defenders from the 48th and 100th SFS during an opening ceremony kicking off National Police Week at Royal Air Force Lakenheath, England May 13. This year, both Lakenheath and Mildenhall Defenders began the week with a six mile ruck march, followed by additional events throughout May 16-20.
