U.S. Airmen assigned to the 48th Medical Group transport a simulated patient from a CV-22 Osprey assigned to the 352nd Special Operations Wing to their expeditionary medical support facility during Exercise Teal Thunder at RAF Feltwell, England, Oct. 8, 2024.
