Base seeks crosswalk patrols for school year
Master Sgt. Donna Hustad, 48th Fighter Wing ground safety noncommissioned officer in charge, holds traffic on Norwich Road Aug. 25 to allow parents and children to cross the street as part of RAF Lakenheath's Volunteer Crosswalk Program. The volunteer crosswalk program is a base-wide partnership between DoDDs, organizational leadership and parents to create a safe atmosphere for children walking to and from school.
