How does the individual portray that core value?

Out of the three core values, Millard portrays "Excellence in All We Do" most. Millard not only works hard to accomplish the mission, he also goes above and beyond every day to help others. He is my number one person to go to when I need something done and always provides the best product and exceeds my expectations.

Why is serving in the Air Force important to you?

I love being part of something bigger than myself.

What accomplishment during your Air Force career are you most proud of?

I am most proud of winning USAFE Medical Logistics Airman of the Year. I was also coined by Brig. Gen. Michael W. Miller, Assistant Surgeon General, Strategic Medical Plans, Programs and Budget, and Chief of the Medical Service Corps, for essentially having a strong work ethic.

What are your personal and/or professional goals?

I would like to cross train, however, I am not sure which career field I would like I just feel that it would be a great experience to see another part of the Air Force, and I believe that it would help me in my goal of seeing chief master sergeant in front of my name one day.

What is your favorite part of your job?

Medical logistics can often be a thankless job. However, our direct customers will sometimes personally thank us, and it is great getting to see our supplies in use and saving lives.
