How does the individual portray that core value?
Anytime Sprouse is given a task, he gives 110 percent to whatever duty he is performing. He is also ready to help others if needed and he is a team player. He always strives to be the best at everything he does.

Why is serving in the Air Force important to you?
It is important because I am doing my part to keep our country safe.

What accomplishment during your Air Force career are you most proud of?
My proudest moment so far is passing my career development courses.

What are your personal and/or professional goals?
My goals are to obtain my degree from the Community College of the Air Force, continue to better myself physically, obtain my pilot's license and continue taking classes.

What is your favorite part of your job?
The best part is working with weapons.
