How does the individual portray that core value?

Evans holds himself to an extremely high standard, spending an uncalculated amount of off-duty time perfecting his profession. He has never been afraid to go the extra mile and he challenges others to do the same. He has been zeroed in on the mission since day one. His consistency, timeliness and keen attention to detail have proven to be a "Rock Solid" asset to his squadron and the 48th Fighter Wing.

Why is serving in the Air Force important to you?

Serving in the Air Force is important to me because I am a part of the 1% of the population who gets to focus and partake in a mission that's bigger than me. Having the opportunity to serve alongside some of the nation's finest men and women has been an honor for just the short period of time I've been in.

What accomplishment during your Air Force career are you most proud of?

I'm proud of winning the Physical Training Leader of the Quarter back to back at group level.

What are your personal and/or professional goals?

My goals are to finish school and push to be an icon that members around the Air Force can look up to.

What is your favorite part of your job?

Without a doubt, my favorite part is the members that I serve with at the 48th SFS because they help my career progression and developmental growth on a daily basis. I wouldn't have it any other way since I'm working with the best!
