Core Value Portrayed: "Service Before Self" How does the individual portray that core value? Ms. Endo goes above and beyond, all day every day. This isn't an intermediate display for the purpose of work; it is part of her life ethic. People are her passion and she serves just as well at the servant level as she leads. On the installation and in local communities, Robyn always puts Service Before Self. Why is serving in the Air Force important to you? When you think big picture and realize the role the Air Force has at both the local and international level, you realize what an honor it is to be a part of this organization; I serve Airmen and their families and I work with some amazing professionals. What accomplishment during your Air Force career are you most proud of? Establishing a multi-national Family Center in Papa, Hungary for the Heavy Airlift Wing (HAW). I was the first Airman and Family Readiness Center consultant on site and worked with local/international agencies to establish post office, library, loan closet and educational services. What are your personal and/or professional goals? I hope to return to school to get my PH.D in Family Studies or English Literature. What is your favorite part of your job? I love the staff at the Airman and Family Readiness Center here at RAF Lakenheath - I work with amazing, dynamic, dedicated professionals who genuinely care about Airmen and their families. I am always humbled by their greatness.
