How does the individual portray that core value?
Farwick consistently displays a high level of initiative and attention to detail in all assigned tasks. He is a leader and exhibits excellence in everything he is asked to accomplish on a daily basis.

Why is serving in the Air Force important to you?
 Serving in the Air Force is important because I have an opportunity to serve my country with pride and receive a sense of accomplishment each day.

What accomplishment during your Air Force career are you most proud of?
I am most proud of receiving my air traffic ratings. Air Traffic Control technical training school is approximately 42 days where only the basic principles are taught. After arriving at their first duty station, upgrade training and certification training time is dependant upon airspace complexity, air frames and air traffic volume. The average training certification at RAF Lakenheath is 8-12 months.

What are your personal and/or professional goals?
My personnel goal is to complete my Associates degree in Professional Aeronautics. My long-term goal is to achieve a Master's degree. I have completed 30/60 required credit for my Associates degree.

What is your favorite part of your job?
My favorite part of my job is keeping planes and aircrew safe.
