Hobbies: Sports, reading and poker Core Value Portrayed: Excellence In All We Do How does the individual portray that core value? As the tax law paralegal, Senior Airman Seivright is expected to embody the core value of 'Excellence In All We Do' on a daily basis. He does this by providing quality customer service over a broad spectrum of matters from tax liability and obligations required by Internal Revenue Service regulations to mission-oriented legal assistance, all of which require him to perform at the NCO level. During his short time assigned at RAF Lakenheath, he has trained all tax volunteers and contributed to legal services that have saved clients more than $30,000 in legal fees. In addition, he is responsible for the set up and operation of the entire tax center. Airman Seivright continually goes the extra mile for the legal office and does so with an attitude that all other Airmen should strive to emulate. His attitude supports and maintains the Liberty Wing Legal Office mission of protecting the people and protecting the mission. Why is serving in the Air Force important to you? It is important to me because my father also served in the military, and I was very proud of him. Also, serving in the Air Force gives me the opportunity to provide a valuable service to our nation. What accomplishment during your Air Force career are you most proud of? I am most proud of being given my 5-level. It was a huge moment in my young career, because it permitted me to accept more responsibility in my office. What are your personal and/or professional goals? I want to get a college education. Education is one of the main reasons I joined the Air Force. I am currently working on my CCAF in Paralegal Studies. Once I accomplish my CCAF, I plan to expand it into a bachelor's degree. My professional goal is to expand the knowledge I have in my job. I have my 5-level, but I want to learn as much as I can about the job to become a better asset to the office, wing and the Air Force as a whole. What is your favorite part of your job? My favorite part of being a tax center paralegal is providing customer service to base personnel and their dependents. We provide a critical service to them while overseas, and it's rewarding to know that I contribute to maintaining the morale of our troops while they are away from home.
