Town Hall meeting
A town hall meeting will be April 1 at 1 p.m. and 7 p.m. at the base theater. Topics will include quality of life, base services and construction issues. All people are welcome to attend. 

Flightline Barber Shop
The Flightline Barber Shop will be open Monday thru Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Walk-ins and Appointments Welcome. For more information, call 226-3421.

FMO closure
The Furnishings Management Office located on RAF Feltwell will be closed from mid day on April 9 and all day on April 10 and 13 for the British Bank Holidays

Wine, Women and Song Charity Auction
A Wine, Women, and Song Charity Auction to benefit the base and local communities will be April 24 from 6 to 10 p.m. at the Eagles' Landing Ballroom.

Heart Link a Spouse Orientation Program
Heart Link is intended to orientation new spouses to Air Force way of life. The purpose and objective of Heart Link is to strengthen military families, enhance mission readiness, increase retention and spouse awareness of the Air Force mission, customs, traditions, protocol, and other support resources and services that are available for them. The next Heart Link Orientation will be from 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. at the RAF Lakenheath base Chapel 8 May 2009. Trespass Notice
The firing range that supports RAF Lakenheath and RAF Mildenhall is located at RAF Feltwell. The range complex is in the southwest corner of the base and is surrounded by a perimeter fence clearly marked by danger signs. Hours of operation are 7:30 a.m. to 9 p.m., Monday through Friday. When firing is in progress, the red range flags or red flashing beacons will be visible from all range entrance points. Unauthorized entry in to the range is not only illegal, but also hazardous due to the airborne lead particles.

British Post Office
At the British Post Office, Airmen can pay everything from gas and water bills to telephone and mail orders. The post office also has the ability to cash and deposit checks to select banks, as well as issue and redeem money orders and exchange currencies. In addition to handling money for Airmen, the British Post Office also sells a variety of insurance, from travel to car and home insurance. Airmen can also get a road tax license issued, as well as a selection of Driver and Vehicle Licensing Agency application forms. For more information, visit the British Post Office.

Survivor Benefit Plan
A military retiree is guaranteed a monthly income for life. However, military retired pay stops on the date the retiree dies. The Survivor Benefit Plan was created to protect widowed spouses and dependent children from complete loss of income. For more information, call 226-3070.

Easter Egg/Scavenger Hunt
Saturday, April 4, 11am
School age children (12 and younger) are invited to participate in this Fitness and Youth Center activity. Face painting, bouncy castles, arts and crafts, three-legged races, egg carry races and a golden egg scavenger hunt will be available for all to enjoy.
