Commander: Lt. Col. Debbie Kent

Time in Service: One year, seven months

Time at Lakenheath: One year

Hometown: Victoria, TX

Hobbies: Jack of all trades and spending time with his children

Core Value Portrayed: Airman Holm epitomizes the core value of Excellence. His duty performance far outshines his current pay grade and his efforts make everyone around him better. He is, without a doubt, one of the sharpest Airmen that I have supervised in my career.

Why is serving in the Air Force important to you?
I wanted to leave a legacy to my children to be proud of so I enlisted in the world's greatest Air Force. I had been a jack of all trades and I had always been told by my grandmother that all work was equally honorable, but my enlistment opened up so many more doors. I gained the opportunity to serve my country, attend college, attain additional real-world training, and provide a home, medical benefits, and stability for my family.

What accomplishment during your Air Force career are you most proud of?
My greatest accomplishment after having joined the USAF is not any awards from generals, colonels, or commanders I have received, but the ability to work with the finest enlisted force in the world. My peers and superiors never fail to help me out on the road to success, and to them I am most grateful.
