How does the individual portray that core value? Tech. Sgt. Bonvell's outstanding oversight regarding the wing airfield driving program has led to corrected deficiencies in training and increased situational awareness for all airfield drivers. This is a direct result of Bonvell's belief and application of 'Excellence in All We Do.'

Why is serving in the Air Force important to you?
I feel proud to be a part of the 1% who are allowed to wear the uniform in defense of our nation.

What accomplishment during your Air Force career are you most proud of? Winning an annual major command career field award is an accomplishment I'm most proud of.

What are your personal and/or professional goals? My main goal is to complete my master's degree.

What is your favorite part of the job? I enjoy the high sense of urgency that comes with the day to day operations of a fighter base.
