Foley has earned numerous group-level quarterly and annual awards during her tenure at Royal Air Force Lakenheath for her efforts in managing fleet health for all assigned F-15 aircrafts. She holds an impeccable reputation with both the 48th and 748th Aircraft Maintenance Squadrons. She's always requested by name to help run their scheduling programs. Foley validated more than 100,500 maintenance data entries to ensure accurate reporting and helped her section receive "Outstanding Team" recognition as well as contributed to the 48 MXG's "Excellent" rating during the recent Combat Air Force's Logistics Compliance Assessment Program inspection. Her hard work and dedication was validated with her selection for staff sergeant on Aug. 1, 2013. Why is serving in the Air Force important to you? I come from a military family, a lot of whom I've never had the chance to meet, so to walk in their footsteps, I feel connected to them. What accomplishment during your Air Force career are you most proud of? I'm proud that I won "Scheduler of the Year" two years in a row at the Maintenance Professional of the Year banquet. It was nice to know the work I do is appreciated. What are your personal and/or professional goals? I want to continue to travel the world and learn about as much history and culture as the world has to offer. Professionally, I want continue to pursue my education to better shape the military and myself in the future. What is your favorite part of the job? I enjoy creating a cohesive schedule that brings the maintenance shops together and eliminates chaos.
