3RD ANNUAL SUMMER SAFETY CHALLENGE

Soon the Critical Days of Summer (period between Memorial Day and Labor Day) will begin. Typically, mishaps and accidents rise during this time Air Force wide. At RAF Lakenheath, we have our Summer Safety Challenge! This puts the focus on staying safe, while having fun and perhaps put a little ‘jingle’ in your squadron’s pocket. Last year, the Wing Commander presented the 48 AMXS with a check for $4,800 for winning the Challenge, a $1,947 check to 48 OSS for second place, and a $1,283 check to 48 CMS for third.
