Submerged at Stoney Cove
STONEY COVE, England -- Staff Sgt. Cody Cerny (left), 56th Rescue Squadron pararescuemen, explains the "buddy line" procedure to fellow pararescuemen Senior Airman Chris Sanders and Staff Sgt. Kent Swats, during rescue dive training May 30, 2013. The "buddy line" provides underwater communication by way of signals. The pararescuemen trained in a controlled environment allowing them to focus on their curriculum without being disturbed. Before, during and after the dive, the individuals are briefed, run through scenarios, and perform equipment checks. (U.S. Air Force photo by Senior Airman Lausanne Morgan)
