William Chase, 56th Rescue Squadron combat rescue officer, guardian angel flight commander and native of South Pasadena, Calif., gives a mission overview to Lt. Gen. Noel T. Jones, U.S. Air Forces in Europe vice commander, Ramstein Air Base, Germany, Nov. 19, 2012.
