New commander's painkillers
ROYAL AIR FORCE LAKENHEATH, England -- Staff Sgt. Wes Nesting, 48th Medical Operations Squadron medical technician, talks with Col. Kyle Robinson, 48th Fighter Wing commander, about what led him into the emergency room April 25, 2012. The 48th Medical Group enacted a creative initiative to give the wing’s new commander insight into their operations. As part of the simulation Robinson felt ‘abdominal pains’ following a working lunch with Chief Master Sgt. SaRita Lathan, 48th Fighter Wing command chief, and when the pains worsened she dialed 911.
