Construction of new gate continues

ROYAL AIR FORCE LAKENHEATH, England -- Tony Britt, Balfour Bealtty employee, takes a measurement using an electron distance machine at the new large vehicle inspection gate being constructed next to Brandon Road, Jan. 11, 2012. The new gate will have the latest X-ray inspection technology and will help ease congestion around RAF Lakenheath's front gate. It is estimated to be completed by August 2012.
