8-Steps to Bright Ideas
The hands of both Senior Master Sgt. Jeremy Krumenauer and Airman 1st Class Chelsea Nobles wait patiently as their owners discuss a difficult problem during an Air Force Smart Operations for the 21st Century course, titled “The 8-Step Problem Solving Method” at RAF Lakenheath, England, June 9. The course, designed for all ranks and AFSCs, lasted all day and included classroom instruction and hands-on scenarios that had the Airmen brainstorming all possible angles to the problems and ways to overcome them. Sgt. Krumenauer is the superintendent of manpower and organization for the 48th Force Support Squadron. Airman Noble is an intelligence analyst with the 48th Operations Group.
