8-Steps to Bright Ideas
Airmen work through a problem during a training course hosted by the Air Force Smart Operations for the 21st Century Office at RAF Lakenheath, England, June 9. The course, titled “The 8-Step Problem Solving Method”, covers a process required by the Air Force’s Inspector General Office to answer findings after major unit inspections.
