8-Steps to Bright Ideas
Airmen come up with bright ideas during a hands-on problem-solving scenario at RAF Lakenheath, England, June 9. The scenario is one portion of Air Force Smart Operations for the 21st Century course, titled “The 8-Step Problem Solving Method.” The one-day course is a mixture classroom instruction and hands-on scenarios.
