Chief Master Sgt. of the Air Force Rodney J. McKinley explains the changes to the enlisted performance report to Staff Sgt. Patrick Hunt, 48th Security Forces Squadron, during his visit to RAF Lakenheath, United Kingdom April 12. The Air Force's top enlisted Airman visited RAF Lakenheath as part of his U.S. Air Forces in Europe tour. During the Lakenheath stop, the chief met with Lakenheath's top performers, toured the new dorms and housing on base, spoke to Airmen at Airmen Leadership School and held two Airmen's calls.
