ROYAL AIR FORCE LAKENHEATH, England -- Maj. Barbara Fields, 48th Surgical Operations Squadron ambulatory procedure nurse administers a interscalene nerve block into Tech. Sgt. Christopher Campbell, 48th Fighter Wing Public Affairs non-commissioned officer in charge of internal operations while Lt. Col. Steven Ulsas anesthesia nurse holds the needle in place April 29, 2009.
