Tuning in

ROYAL AIR FORCE LAKENHEATH, England - Denis Willis, a veteran World War II radio operator, shows personnel from the 48th and 100th Communications Squadrons, 1940s and 1950s era radio displays at the Imperial War Museum Duxford April 24. Twenty communicators from RAF Lakenheath and RAF Mildenhall traveled to Duxford to hear him speak and see his displays. Not only did the Airmen learn about communication heritage during the trip, but they also learned about the Air Force?s heritage while touring the collection of American combat aircraft there.
