Mr. Leslie Hope, Sub Post Master of the British Post Office located on RAF Lakenheath, explains a top up plan for cell phones to Airman 1st Class Ashley Zamora, 48th Fighter Wing, Feb 15. The top up plan is one of many services offered to military members including paying British bills, internet and phone services and starting Feb 25th, the British Post Office will be able to exchange money between dollars and pounds.
