U.S. Ambassador visits Arctic Challenge Exercise

White met with leaders and personnel from the United States, Norway, Finland and Sweden on station in support of Arctic Challenge Exercise 2013. ACE-13 is a combined exercise, with NATO allies and regional partners that provides an opportunity for all forces to integrate operations and build upon our international relationships.
