Eagles launch at Lakenheath

Maintainers assigned to the 48th Maintenance Group prepare an F-15C Eagle assigned to the 493rd Fighter Squadron for a sortie at Royal Air Force Lakenheath, England, Dec. 18, 2018. The 48th MXG is responsible for all organizational and intermediate level maintenance for F-15C Eagle, F-15D Eagle, F-15E Strike eagle, engines, munitions and support equipment used to accomplish U.S. Air Forces in Europe, U.S. European command and NATO commitments and taskings.
