  • Surging to success

    The 48th Fighter Wing recently completed a surge of flying operations from RAF Lakenheath. Between Aug. 7 and Aug. 16, the 493rd Fighter Squadron completed 158 sorties and 158.8 flying hours, while the 494th Fighter Squadron completed 235 sorties for 244 hours.
